Hey girls!
I had a really relaxing and a happy weekend… I got plenty of sunshine… But as you know we all have to protect our skin from free radicals. Although I used a sunblock on my face and body still felt guilty about getting a bit more sun than usual… The best way to fight aging is to get more antioxidant. It is like if you cut an apple and leave it outside you’ll see it changes it’s color. If you cut an apple and squeeze lemon juice on it, you’ll see the color of the apple will stay normal… You see the effects of antioxidant! I found a great way to protect my skin from aging is to increase antioxidant intake. I drink green tea and make sure to eat fruit and vegetables everyday. My other new secret is soaking my body with 100 % pure Grape Seed Oil. I’ve been applying Grape Seed Oil for awhile and I see great results. My skin is more even toned, more moist and I see more elasticity. You can apply this light oil on your face and body. This product is really AMAZING! The good part is it’s so cheap and 100 % natural. There is no odor. It doesn’t feel greasy after 5 minutes. You’ll see the result on second day after you use it. I apply this product in the morning after shower and at night right before I go to bed. I absolutaly LOVE it!!!
Let’s see what are the Benefits of Grape Seed Oil
Prevention of Acne and Aging
Nutrient-rich grape seed oil has found its way into myriad cosmetic products, especially products meant for the face and hair. Lip balms, face creams, conditioners, moisturizers and other products that contain grape seed oil are all rich in polyphenols. These polyphenols are anti-inflammatory antioxidants known to retard the aging process and prevent acne outbreaks. Consequently, a number of acne creams and toners use grape seed oil as a carrier oil.
Skin Balancing
While it may seem counter-intuitive to use an oil to treat oily skin, that is exactly what grape seed oil is used for. The last thing you want to do with oily skin is dry it out. In fact, that oiliness is a reaction of skin that is too dry. Grape seed oil is light to the touch and never leaves skin feeling heavy with oil. Instead, it effectively moisturizes the skin, balancing both dry and oily patches. When used as a toner, grape seed oil can penetrate blocked pores and cleanse breakouts.
Restoration of Collagen
Biochemical research into grape seed oil has found it is rich in oligomeric proanthocyanidins. Otherwise known by the acronym OPC, these flavonoids remove free radicals and promote the restoration of collagen at the cellular level, making your skin feel more firm and minimizing more signs of damage. On a tangible level, this contributes to keeping your face smooth to the touch and youthful in appearance. Again, this is the key contribution of grape see oil as far as the face is concerned.

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something.
I think that you can do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other than that,
this is wonderful blog. An excellent read.
I will definitely be back.
I have started to use grape seed oil a week ago and this post just reassures me that I am doing good applying this oil in my skin. I have seen a small difference on the appearence and not texture. Great post thanks
I’m glad that worked for you too! I love it!
Heyy! so glad I found this website. Im really confused. Ive been using grapeseed oil, day and night for about a month and a half now and I have oily skin only in the t-zone so my nose and the creases surrounding my mouth and after a few hours my skin is DRY! Dry beyond believe, if I rub the area gently my skin begins to peel. Am I doing something wrong? Should I be trying another oil? Help me!
