If you want to have bigger eyes,  get rid of the under eye circles… Get a white pencil and apply in your lower and upper water line.  You can also apply a black kohl pencil on your upper lash line, extend it to  the outer corners and create a  cat eye . Exaggerate it on the outer corners and create  wings. You can use a Qtip to clean up the fuzzy lines and  create sharper wings. You can also use fake mini accent lashes on the outer corners.  This will open up your eyes more, don’t forget to blend it with a black mascara. Now you have big,  almond eyes and ready to ROCK THE WORLD!!  ; )
