If you want to have bigger eyes,  get rid of the under eye circles… Get a white pencil and apply in your lower and upper water line.  You can also apply a black kohl pencil on your upper lash line, extend it to  the outer corners and create a  cat eye . Exaggerate it on the outer corners and create  wings. You can use a Qtip to clean up the fuzzy lines and  create sharper wings.
